Full access to 10 hours between 9 am to 11 pm with guests departing by 10 pm
Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony/Reception Location, with Indoor Weather Backup
Beautifully Appointed 1600 Square Foot Bridal Suite including a Steamer, Wifi, and Complimentary Coffee Bar and Water
Handsomely curated 1300 square foot Groom's Suite including a Steamer, Wifi, Complimentary Coffee Bar and Water
Event Tables and Chairs (for up to 100 guests)
Event Coordinator
Black Tile Dance Floor (indoor use only)
Event Staff to greet guests, assist with parking, and take care of Venue setup, teardown, and maintenance prior to and during the Event
Access to Onsite Parking Lot/Overflow Parking
One Hour Onsite Ceremony Rehearsal with Event Coordinator upon Venue Availability
2 hours of access for Bridal Portraits or Engagement Photos
