The Sutherland was originally an 18th century estate located in Wake Forest, NC. Today, the estate can be found on the National Registry of Historic Places as it continues to serve the local community as an elegant wedding venue and corporate event space. Our property has created the perfect romantic atmosphere for that special day for couples all over North Carolina. Our estate is a unique location for your next corporate event, whether it be a meeting or celebration.

The Sutherland is situated in a beautiful garden setting with oaks, magnolias, and pines all around. Our picturesque garden is the perfect location for outdoor ceremonies, whether for a wedding or a corporate event. We also feature our newly remodeled pavilion for special events in an enclosed space. Our venue allows us to host events all year long.
